This Policy applies to all content and offerings provided under Bella Forbes Fitness, including but not limited to Snatch & Sculpt and any future programs.

We may collect personal identification information from Participants in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Participants enroll in the Program or a course within the Program, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our Program. Participants may visit the Program anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Participants only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Participants can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain Program-related activities.

Age Requirement

Our Programs are intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

Our Programs may be promoted through third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Participation in our Programs does not imply endorsement or sponsorship by these platforms.

Bella Forbes Fitness reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Participants to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of any modifications.
